Metric collet sets include

• 6mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm.
• To hold threaded shank milling cutters from 1.5mm to 16mm.

Imperial collet sets include

• 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″.
• To hold threaded shank milling cutters from 1/16″ to 5/8″.

Both types will accommodate a wide range end mill sizes on with the four shank sizes included.

These allow you to interchange between metric & imperial applications – so for example if you have a metric set, the separately available imperial collets will allow you to use imperial cutters too.
